Green Medical Care (“we”, “us” or “our”) is the responsible party for the personal information collected through this website. • Manage and confirm your appointment requests

• Send you health reminders, care-plan updates and health information, only where you have given us your separate consent

Our processing of your booking relies on your consent and on the provision of medical care to you. We only process your information for the purposes set out above.

Marketing & health reminders

Any marketing, health reminders or newsletter communications are strictly opt-in. You will only receive them if you have chosen to subscribe. Your consent for marketing is separate from, and not a condition of, booking an appointment.

How we store & protect it

We do not keep a database of your personal information. When you send a booking request or subscribe to health updates, your details are delivered straight to the practice by email through our email provider, Resend, and are then held in the practice's own email account. This website is hosted by Vercel. As no South African region is currently available from these providers, your information is processed outside South Africa with appropriate safeguards in place.

Access to your personal information is limited to authorised staff who need it to support your care and to operate this website.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the doctors and staff involved in your care, and with the service providers that operate this website on our behalf, or where we are required to do so by law.

Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as is necessary for your care and to meet our legal and medical record-keeping obligations. Once it is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

Your rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Object to the processing of your information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw your consent at any time
